Words cannot capture the way I feel about you They do no justice to the little things I find in you A flood of emotions, thoughts, memories… Fixated on all the happiness Sweet whispers at night The twinkle in your eyes The flash of your gorgeous smile You are beautiful
Comforted by your warm embrace The caress of your lips as we kiss The feel of your skin against mine You tickle me with pure joy Yet you are more ticklish than I It makes me laugh just to think about it The slightest touch can set you off Sensitivity in more than one respect
Missing you is like nothing I’ve felt before I know you still exist You live in my heart You live in my thoughts Find your way into my daydreams Memories continue to build Perpetuating the fantasy Intertwined in reality
The most random of thoughts May not be so random They focus on you Irresistibly drawn to you A trusting moth Approaching the flame Not to be burnt But to feel loving warmth
The only tears I have known with you Tears of utmost happiness and joy Confidence soars to new heights With lessons of patience Time passes regardless Whether or not you are with me You remain a part of me I care for you as part of myself
You see me in a different light Than the light in which I see myself Further illuminating truths to my being Sharing nuances to your being Relishing each morsel of knowledge Divulged by your actions Wrapped in your life stories Realized in your displays of affection
You satiate my hunger A yearning for love A passion for learning You challenge me to see things I would not understand about myself And I reciprocate this favor upon you I feel sincerely blessed To have you in my life
January 18, 2003 Please look at me I miss gazing into your eyes They used to shine With livelihood So full of smiles I care for you No matter what you think When the world goes crazy I’m still crazy for you Whether you speak or not It says a lot to me You seem wise beyond your years Enjoy conversations lasting for hours When we lose track of all time Just you and I Not a care in the world I’m happy Happier than I’ve been in a long time Can’t stand to see you so down You know I care about you And if that scares you I can’t help it I’ll take you as a friend I’ll take you for whatever you want to be You demonstrate qualities that are strong We’re all still maturing in some way You impress me with your intelligence You don’t even need to impress me What I see in you is worth the time What do you see in yourself? I can’t fully explain what I see in you I just hope my feeling is right Holding on to the hope that you’ll let me in Let me stay near to you I meant it when I said “You are worth waiting for.” Whether or not you believe You are who you are I want to know you
The Sweetest Dream October 21, 2002 The sweetest dream I’ve ever had was with you Asleep in my bed, my mind conjuring images Unexpectedly, you were there One fateful kiss, a dream nonetheless Awaken to a smile I haven’t felt in a long time To wish that dreams would come true You were the surprise Holding a key to unlock untold happiness Even if only for a little while You embodied a miracle in my life Gave me a reason to believe Dreams really can come true Ever present in my heart I care for you as a friend As I care for you as a lover What little time we spent together It was worth every precious second Treasures to last a lifetime Dreams have no real beginning They have no true end They can end abruptly and be forgotten They can cycle and develop The sweetest dream began with you And continued its life in reality
